Bali Holiday E-Visa VOA

Description

A complete Bali visa application management service for Australian travellers. Includes application submission, document checks, the official Indonesian visa fee, applicable payment processing charges, GST, and Bali tourist levy for eligible visitors. We coordinate the application and arrange the included payments on your behalf.
Note: Visa approval is determined by Indonesian Immigration. The Arrival Card and visa extensions are not included.

Price – All-Inclusive Package

• AUD $150 per person (one applicant) – GST included.

Our all-inclusive package covers the official Indonesian government e-VOA visa fee, the Bali tourist levy for eligible visitors to Bali, applicable payment processing charges, our application management service fee and GST.

Your AUD $150 price is for one applicant only. Each additional traveller requires a separate application and payment.

We manage your application and arrange payment of both the official e-VOA visa fee and the Bali tourist levy on your behalf before your trip. You do not need to pay these two included charges separately upon arrival, provided both payments have been successfully completed in advance.

No additional charges apply to the services and fees explicitly included in this package. Visa extensions and other optional services are charged separately.

Length of Stay

• 30 days from the date of arrival in Indonesia.
• Extendable once for an additional 30 days, subject to Indonesian Immigration requirements.
• Maximum total stay of 60 days with the initial visa and one approved extension.

Visa extensions are not included in the package price and require a separate application and payment.

Processing Time

• Estimated processing time: 1 business day, during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Bali time.
• Processing begins after all required documents have been received and payment has cleared.
• Government processing times may vary, and final visa approval is determined by Indonesian Immigration.
• We recommend applying at least 48 hours before departure.

With This Visa, You CAN:

• Enjoy holidays, sightseeing and other tourism activities.
• Visit friends and family in Indonesia.
• Attend permitted business meetings, conventions and exhibitions as an attendee.
• Undertake other activities allowed under the visa conditions.

With This Visa, You CANNOT:

• Undertake paid employment in Indonesia.
• Engage in activities prohibited under your visa conditions.
• Remain in Indonesia beyond your authorised stay without an approved extension or other appropriate immigration permission.

Visa Validity

• The e-VOA must be used to enter Indonesia within 90 days of its issuance.
• Your permitted stay begins on the date you arrive in Indonesia.
• The e-VOA is valid for a single entry. A new visa is required for a subsequent visit.

Visa issuance does not guarantee entry into Indonesia. Final entry decisions remain with Indonesian Immigration officers.

Document Requirements

• An ordinary passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Indonesia.
• A recent colour passport-style photograph.
• A return or onward flight ticket.
• A valid email address for application updates and visa documents.

All application details must accurately match your passport information to help avoid delays or application issues.

Important Information

1. All applications are subject to Indonesian Immigration requirements and approval.
2. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Application processing begins after all required documents have been received and payment has cleared into our account.
4. The applicable Indonesian arrival declaration must also be completed within the required timeframe before arrival. This is separate from the e-VOA application.
5. The AUD $150 package price is per person and includes GST.
6. The package includes payment of the official e-VOA fee and the Bali tourist levy for eligible visitors to Bali. We arrange both payments on your behalf before arrival.
7. The Bali tourist levy is separate from the Indonesian visa fee, but both are covered by the package price for eligible Bali visitors.
8. Visa extensions and other optional services are not included in the package price.
